Julie Buckland received B.S. and M.S. degrees in Aerospace Engineering
from the University of Cincinnati in 1988 and 1993 respectively.  She
worked several years in the defense industry developing flight control
systems for advanced military aircraft.  In 1994, she joined Ford Motor
Company, where she is currently a technical expert in the Powertrain
Controls R&A Department.
