Dawn M. Tilbury is currently the Associate Dean for Research in the College of Engineering, University of Michigan, where she is also Professor of Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. She is co-author of the Control Tutorials for Matlab: http://ctms.engin.umich.edu She is a Fellow of IEEE and ASME, and a life member of SWE. She is the 2012 recipient of the SWE Distinguished Engineering Educator Award.
