Hosting applications for NOLCOS 2028

The zip file contains the pdf files of the two applications to host NOLCOS 2028. Please do not hesitate to contact the TC chair before the 1st of December for additional information requests. During the next TC meeting, a vote will be organized to select the winner. The voting rules are described in the call for hosting.
