Hosting applications for NOLCOS 2025

The zip file contains the pdf-files of the three applications to host NOLCOS 2025. Please do not hesitate to contact the TC chair before the 1st of December for additional information requests. During the next TC meeting, a vote will be organized to select the winner. The voting rules are described in the call for hosting.
