ALCOS 2022

Dear Colleagues,

It is our pleasure to remind you that the

14th IFAC Int. Workshop on Adaptive and Learning Control Systems

http://www.alcos2022.org/index.html

will be held in Casablanca, Morocco, on June 29-July 1, 2022.

ALCOS 2022 is technically sponsored by the International Federation of Automatic Control (IFAC) and co-sponsored by the IEEE Control Systems Society.

ALCOS 2022 is going to be the 14th edition of a well-established series  originated in San Francisco (1983) and continued in Lund (1986), Glasgow (1989), Grenoble (1992), Budapest (1995), Glasgow (1998), Cernobbio-Come (2001), Katayama (2004), Saint-Petersburg (2007), Antalya (2010), Caen (2013), Eindhoven (2016), Winchester (2019).

ALCOS 2022 addresses all aspects of adaptive control, machine learning control, and other theories and techniques that are relevant to system control in the presence of model uncertainty. Full consideration is also paid to applications of these theories and techniques in all industrial and socio-economical fields. ALCOS 2022 is going to be a memorable event that will gather an international community of leading researchers and practitioners to exchange new innovative research ideas, discuss results, and share experiences.

Prospective authors and organizers of invited sessions are welcomed to submit contributions on  http://ifac.papercept.net/conferences/scripts/start.pl using the templates which can be found on https://www.ifac-control.org/events/author-guide. All presented papers will be made available online on the IFAC-PapersOnLine.net website and will be citable via an ISSN and a DOI.

Casablanca, the venue of ALCOS 2022, is renowned for its rich architectural heritage, numerous museums, shopping centers, and vibrant nightlife. It is only two-hour by train from the highly-touristic worldwide-famous city of Marrakech, and less than one hour by train from the beautiful imperial city of Rabat.

The International Aeroport of Casablanca is connected by direct flights to most major capitals in Europe, America, Asia and Africa. There are daily flights, lasting less than 3 hours, relating Casablanca to most European capitals, e.g. Paris, London, Berlin, Brussels, Roma, Madrid, Amsterdam...

It is worth noting that Morocco is a quite open touristic country: the citizens of over 70 countries are exempted from entry visa into Morocco.
