1.P.Kopacek openend the meeting and welcomed the members and guests.

2.The minutes of the last meeting were approved

3.P.Kopacek reported: The invited session on SWIIS was very successful. All 6 Papers were presented.

4. For the next triennial event there is proposal from Bucharest by I. Dumitrache. Proposed date October 2009.

5. No activities in planning.

6. The next TC meeting will take place in October, 2009 during the Bucharest event.
