Ramon Costa-Castelló was born in Lleida, in 1970, obtained the master and PhD degree in computer science from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) in 1993 and 2001 respectively. Currently, he is an Associate Professor at UPC. Currently, his teaching activity is related with different topics in automatic control. His research is mainly focused on the analysis and design of control systems (fuel cells, converters, automotive and stationary applications), he works on the development of virtual/remote laboratories and interactive applications applied to teaching of automatic control
